When challenging Shadow Palkia in Pokémon GO raids, prioritize counters with Grass (1.6×), Electric (1.6×), Ice (1.6×), Dragon (1.6×), Fairy (1.6×) moves. For a safe victory against Shadow Palkia, we recommend a lobby of 3 to 5 trainers running Level 35–40 Shadow and Mega counters.
