Raid Tiers, Weather Boost & Catch CP Calculation

Raid tiers span 1★, 3★, 5★ (Legendary), Mega, Ultra Beasts, and Shadow Raids. Bosses are caught at Level 20 under standard conditions. Under matching Weather Boost, bosses appear at Level 25 with elevated CP and IV floors (10/10/10 minimum). Check our 'Raids' tab for exact non-boosted (Lvl 20) and boosted (Lvl 25) 100% IV CP ranges.

Pro Tips for Max Efficiency:

  • Weather Boost additionally increases matching attack damage output by +20% during the raid battle!
  • Use the Circle Lock technique with Golden Razz Berry and Curved Excellent Throws to achieve 90%+ catch rates on legendaries.

Party Play & Friendship Damage Multipliers

Modern raid DPS can be massively amplified through two synergistic mechanics:

1. Party Play (Party Power): Raiding in a party (2–4 players) charges the Party Power gauge with fast attacks. Tapping it makes your next Charged Move deal 2x (DOUBLE) damage! This allows duos to defeat even 5★ legendaries.

2. Friendship Attack Boost: Raiding alongside friends grants permanent damage boosts: Good (+3%), Great (+5%), Ultra (+7%), Best Friends (+10% bonus damage!).
