Spotlight Hour & Community Day Master Strategy: Maximum Bonuses & Fast Catch

Spotlight Hour (Tuesdays 6:00–7:00 PM) cycles through 5 major bonuses:

1. 2x Catch Stardust: Top tier! Stack with Star Piece for 3x Stardust earnings (1,500+ Stardust per Shellder/Paras/Foongus catch!).

2. 2x Catch XP: Stack with Lucky Egg + Excellent Throws for 4,000+ XP per catch.

3. 2x Catch Candy: Pair with a Max Level Mega Evolution of matching type for 7–8 Candy and high Candy XL drops.

4. 2x Transfer Candy: Perfect for clearing out stored legendary raid bosses and rare species.

5. 2x Evolve XP: Stacks with Lucky Egg for 4,000 XP per evolution (great for mass evolving 12-candy species).

Fast Catch skips the 10-second catch animation, enabling 2-second capture cycles:

1. With one finger, drag the Pokéball (or Berry) icon slightly to the left and HOLD your finger down on screen.

2. With another finger, spin and throw your Pokéball at the Pokémon.

3. The moment the ball connects, release the first finger and immediately tap the 'Run' (Escape) button in the top-left corner.

4. You exit instantly to the map; the Pokémon is already caught in your storage!
